May I pay off my debts,
With covered face
I seek
That which will set me free.
The good gave to help,
But others gave to take;
She lost what was her's
Now with these materials
Her family pays.
May God have mercy
For He will judge rightly;
I know that I am in the wrong
But will the other man also admit his folly?
All this mixing,
All these blinding lies,
What do they offer?
What did we sell?
Our foolishness is bare
And now without help.
