The Incorruptible And The Corruptible

Romans 1:24-25:
[24] Therefore God gave them up in the lusts of their hearts to impurity, to the dishonoring of their bodies among themselves, [25] because they exchanged the truth about God for a lie and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever! Amen. (ESV)

The incorruptible is wise. The corruptible is foolishness.

The incorruptible is truth. The corruptible is a lie.

The incorruptible is God. The corruptible are men and men's ideas.

The incorruptible is to be worshipped. The corruptible is to repent and worship God.

The incorruptible is blessed forever. The corruptible is worthy of death. (Romans 1:32, 6:21, 23)

The incorruptible is constant. The corruptible is unsure.

The incorruptible is the Creator. The corruptible was created.

The incorruptible is God. The corruptible is an unrepentant sinner.

A repentant sinner does not become incorruptible, for only God is so. But a repentant sinner becomes justified by faith because of the death and resurrection of Jesus. (Romans 4:25, 5:1)
